1. The service
Micro Chat is a Chrome extension for exchanging messages. The basic plan is free. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties.
2. Account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the actions taken with your account.
3. Not allowed
- spam, fraud, harassing or threatening others;
- sharing illegal content, malware or other people’s personal data without permission;
- artificially overloading the service or attempting to bypass its security.
4. Content
You are responsible for the content you send. We may restrict or delete accounts that break these terms.
5. Plans and payment
The free plan has limits (storage, file size, daily sends and downloads). A paid plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the extension settings (“Manage subscription”) — the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record; refunds are described in our refund policy and follow Paddle’s buyer terms. If a renewal payment fails, you have 30 days to pay: during this time your files stay available, but new uploads are paused. If the plan ends (cancelled or unpaid), files above the free plan limit are locked and permanently deleted 7 days later unless you renew or delete files to fit the free limit. Files you have already sent in chats are not affected.
6. Changes
These terms and plan conditions may be updated; we will publish significant changes on this page.
